Settings - Type - Simulation Level - All Madden Game Clock - 7 mins Game Weekly Advance - 48-72 hours Play Cooldown - 5 Play Call limit - 5 Rules - 1) Play Calling/Gameplay -No running the same plays on offense. Use the playbook, be creative. -However, you can run the same formation back to back. -No nano blitzing -Limit of 1 user defender moving around pre-snap. You can choose different defenders though. - If you motion a man B4 snap, he must come to complete stop B4 hiking. Unless it's a certain play built in. - Must have at least min of 3 rushers EVERY PLAY. 2) ONLY if up by 21+ at anytime or in 4th under 3 mins you can chew clock. No other time can you chew clock and hold ball. Example - letting play clock run down to 10 and 5 secs THRU THE ENTIRE GAME. -No running up score, padding stats. Show sportsmanship. (There shouldn't be 70 - 10 scores) If you are shown to running the score, 1st violation - starting QB suspended 1 game, 2nd violation - removed from league. 3) REVISED 4th down rules You can go for it only - -If down by 21+ at any point in game -2:00 or less in the 2nd and 4th qtr anytime/anywhere ONLY IF LOSING. -4th and 1 or inches anywhere, anytime. -4th and 5 or less past the opponent 50 yard line at any point of game. You must be PAST it. 5) 72 hour advance or when all games have been played. (Including force wins) -Force wins If your opponent is MIA thru weekly match-up chat and doesn't respond within 24-48 hrs, you're eligible for a fw. (There must be proof you were attempting to setup a time to play)(edited) [8:55 PM] If there are conflicting schedules and there isn't an opportunity to play the game, a fair sim will be done. (Commissioners will monitor weekly game chats.) 6) Rage quitting -1st time: two highest rated players suspended for a game. -2nd time: ban from league. 7) Appeal system -If a commissioner gives a penalty or makes a decision (someone got a player suspended for a game for breaking one of the rules) if the team didn't agree with the commish decision, they can "appeal" it. Meaning commishes discuss it and vote and majority wins. Everyone starts off with 2 appeals for the season and if they win 1, they get another. It only maxes out at 3 all season. 8) Trades -Must play 2 games min. to be eligible to trade with another team. (This will weed out the quitters who can't take an L.) - 5 trades allowed per season per team. Need 2/3 commishes approval any trade consisting of: -Rated higher than 80 ovr -1st or 2nd round picks involved NOTE: if commishes want to trade, same rules apply. When a new player is acquired by a team, minimum of 4 games have to be played by said player before trade/releasing. 9) Streaming -Highly recommended to stream your games, but not mandatory. Remember, it's about what you can prove! -Playoff games must be streamed by visiting team. 10) REVISED Position changes SUBLB position must have an actual LB in formation. This will be monitored. Penalties include suspensions, FL's, possible removal.(edited) [8:57 PM] 11) Season transactions -limited to 2 transactions per week. You can edit your players gear as much as you like. 12) Disconnections -Restarts to 0-0 if disconnect in 1st qtr and if not down by 14+ otherwise it'll pick up where left off. -Subject to game by game determination. 13) Infractions (Allowed 3 before removal) Zero tolerance for bootable offense. Including but not limited to: - Going into other game chats and bringing drama. (Nothing wrong with positive comments or assistance) - Name calling and/or degrading language towards a league member. - Deliberate evidence or acknowledgement of not wanting to following rules.
